TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: June 20 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tap Tap Sell mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Datoraid S.A.R.L ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. WHO CAN USE TAP TAP SELL You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. WHAT TAP TAP SELL IS Tap Tap Sell is a classifieds marketplace that lets users post listings to sell items and browse listings posted by others. We provide the platform only. We are not the buyer or the seller in any transaction, we do not own, inspect, or take possession of any item listed, and we are not a party to any agreement between users. Any sale, purchase, payment, exchange, or meeting arranged through the App is solely between the users involved. YOUR ACCOUNT You sign in using your phone number. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. POSTING LISTINGS When you post a listing, you confirm that you have the right to sell the item, that your listing is accurate and not misleading, and that the item and your listing comply with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and applicable law. You are solely responsible for your listings and the content you upload. PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND ITEMS You agree not to use the App to post or do anything that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful, and not to list prohibited items. Prohibited activity includes (but is not limited to): scams or fraud; posting items you do not have the right to sell; counterfeit goods; weapons, drugs, or other illegal or restricted items; listing the same item repeatedly as spam; posting offensive or inappropriate content; posting in the wrong category to manipulate visibility; and harassing or abusing other users. Our Community Guidelines provide more detail and form part of these Terms. CONTACT BETWEEN USERS The App does not include in-app messaging. Sellers display a contact phone number on their listings, and buyers contact sellers directly by phone call or WhatsApp. You are responsible for your own communications and dealings with other users. Exercise caution and good judgment when contacting or meeting anyone, and when arranging any payment or exchange. CONTENT YOU PROVIDE You keep ownership of the content you post (such as listing text, photos, and videos). By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service. This license ends when you remove the content or delete your account, except as needed for legitimate operational or legal reasons. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT We may review listings and other content, including content reported by users. We may remove or hide listings, reject content, or restrict or suspend accounts that we believe violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, with or without notice. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may act on it at our discretion. REPORTING If you see a listing that you believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, you can report it from within the App. We review reports and take action where appropriate, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome. NO WARRANTY The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, that items are as described, that buyers or sellers are trustworthy, or that any transaction will be completed. We do not endorse any user, listing, or item. You use the App and deal with other users at your own risk. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Datoraid S.A.R.L is not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or harm arising from your use of the App, from any transaction or interaction between users, from any item bought or sold, or from any content posted by users. Because we are only a platform connecting users, disputes about items, payments, or meetings are between the users involved. CHANGES TO THE APP AND THESE TERMS We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; we will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
