Need help? We're here for you. If something isn't working, you have a question about using the App, or you want to report a problem, the fastest way to reach us is by email: support@taptapsell.com A few things that may help before you write in: Reporting a bad listing. If you've come across a listing that looks like a scam, a prohibited item, or otherwise breaks our Community Guidelines, you can report it directly from the listing — open it and use the report option. This is the quickest way to flag something for review. Account questions. You can update your profile and manage your listings from within the App. You can also delete your account at any time from Settings. Buying and selling. Remember that Tap Tap Sell connects buyers and sellers, but deals happen directly between users by phone or WhatsApp. We're not part of those transactions, so please use good judgment and stay safe when contacting or meeting other users — see our Community Guidelines for safety tips. When you email us, it helps to include as much detail as you can (what happened, and a screenshot if relevant) so we can help you faster. We'll do our best to get back to you.
