FAQ

Once you’ve found an item you’d like to buy, you can go to checkout to complete your purchase. Here’s how:

  1. Select Buy Now button on the listing/ad.
  2. First, login to your account. If you need to register, click register below the login box.
  3. Fill in your shipping address, email address, and payment information.
  4. Select Stripe to pay with your credit / debit card or select Paypal
  5. Select Confirm and pay.
Posting an Ad or Editing ad
  1. Use short Titles: Short titles would make your post appear well on the site and easily searchable.
  2. Set Reasonable Price: We recommend you use this Google tool to have an ideal of how much your item will cost in Dollars. Copy and past this link {https://www.google.com/search?q=YOURCOUNTRYCURRENCY+to+dollar} into your browser and replace YOURCOUNTRYCURRENCY with your actual local currency.
  3. Add Quality Images: We recommend more than three images. Front, Side, and Back of the item you are selling. You can add more images as you wish.
  4. Choose Right Category: Choosing the right category would help your listing to be found easily. If you cannot find the right one, just choose the most equivalent category.
  5. Publishing Ads: Make sure to review your ads to see if everything is good. When you are ready to start promotion, click Publish. Item not published will be set to auto draft.

If you have not received your order or there is a problem with it, you will need to contact the seller by sending a message to the seller via the item/product page. We recommend all communication through the platform in case we need to step in to resolve an issue. If the issue is not resolved by the seller, send an email to us for help.

If you would like a refund for an item you purchased or after the item has been returned, contact the seller by sending a message on the product page. If you still do not get the refund, email us for help.

If you have issues with your account, login problem or issue with registering, you can contact us. We will need some verification from you in order to grant you access.

If you think your Taptapsell account has been taken over or compromised, the first step is to try to sign in to your account. If you can still sign in, change your password immediately and verify your contact information and payment details. Contact us via email. For your protection, we may place a temporary hold on your account for a time. Contact us for help removing unauthorized ads or listings.

If you have been a victim of fraud, contact us via email with the necessary proof for us to solve the issue. We take security seriously and will in no time respond to you.
